Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within a limited time after placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in cases where:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • An incorrect product is delivered
  • The order was cancelled within the allowed timeframe

Non-Refundable Items

Perishable goods, opened products, and items purchased during promotional sales may not be eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective.

Return Shipping
