Orders can be cancelled within a limited time after placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds are applicable only in cases where:
Perishable goods, opened products, and items purchased during promotional sales may not be eligible for refunds unless damaged or defective.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
If a return is required, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
